Q: What is the turn around time? |
| A: Depending on what package you choose and my work load, normally an ecover graphic will be completed within 48 hrs. A full web site will take a minimum of 7 days up to 14 days. |
| Q: How many amendments can I have? |
| A: On graphic packages only, I will allow up to 2 amendments. If you order a full web site, I will work with you until you are satisfied with the end product. |
| Q: Do you offer a refund? |
| A: Because website and graphic design is labour intensive, I can only offer a refund if work has not yet comenced. |
| Q: Can I have discounts on bulk orders? |
| A: Possibly. Please email me to discuss your requirements. |
| Q: How do we communicate during the project design stages? |
| A: I prefer to be in close contact with my clients to ensure requirements are met. I use MSM, Yahoo, Skype. |
| Q: Can I keep the finished psd files? |
| A: Unfortunately not, due to the licensing laws on the images I purchase. |
| Q: Do you do other graphic work? |
| A: Yes I will work with you on any project you have in mind. |
